Our dedicated staff uses their knowledge of animal care to keep your pet healthy and happy during their stay.

We offer separate areas for cats and dogs so our feline friends can have a little peace and quiet during their stay.

We accommodate dogs that need to be kept separate from other dogs during their stay. We are also able to accommodate intact female and male animals at any age.

*Please note this means your dog will be more regularly rotated in and out of playgroup based on their intact status and we cannot accept animals that are currently pregnant or in heat.*

Our trained animal care staff can administer oral and topical medications.

*We can accommodate medications that need to be given between a 6-12 hour time period.*

About Our Pet Boarding Facilities

We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable facility for your pet.

Our boarding area is temperature-controlled and spacious, and your pet receives frequent care and attention from our friendly, compassionate staff.

Should any medical problems arise during your pet’s stay, you can have peace of mind that we are located 0.3 miles away from Four Seasons Veterinary Center - a 24 hour emergency pet care center that we utilize for veterinary care in the event your pet needs that during their stay.

Boarding Requirements

All animal guests, for any service, must be up-to-date on vaccinations. If your pet requires any vaccinations before staying with us, please connect with your veterinary office. Please note we only accept vaccines that are recorded and given by trained or licensed veterinary staff at veterinary facilities.

We require dogs to be up-to-date on:

• Canine Distemper/Parvovirus
• Rabies vaccine
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough) 

We require cats to be up-to-date on:

• Feline Distemper
• Rabies vaccine

Reservations are preferred, especially during holidays, but we can generally accommodate last-minute or emergency boarding needs.  To ensure availability, please schedule your pet's stay ahead of time.

Drop-off and pick-up hours

Happy Trails Pet Spa & Resort is just like an actual hotel. Your pet’s arrival day will count as one full day no matter when you drop them off, so try to drop off in the morning so that your pet can get used to the routine. Your dog(s) or cat(s) can be dropped off at any time between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm Mon-Fri and between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm on the weekends. We have a check-out time everyday of 1:00 pm before you are charged for that day of stay. As long as you pick up before 1:00 pm, you are not charged for that day. If you pick-up anytime after 1:00 pm any day you are charged for that day.

We are closed to the public these days, but rest assured our animal care staff is still here taking care of your pets! We are not open for daycare services, boarding drop off or pick up and only open for grooming on select holidays with a pre-scheduled appointment.

• We accept intact animals that are over a year old. *Please keep in mind this does mean if your dog goes into group they will be rotated more in and out of group for safety reasons. This may just mean more breaks for your furry friend. We also do not accept pregnant animals or animals that are in heat.*
