*Patio suites have an outdoor run that is opened throughout the day while staff is in the building, these are never left open when staff is not in the building. Patios are opened based on weather and also based on individual dogs behavior. Please note that if your dog displays behaviors like dog aggression or fighting with other dogs through barriers like fences, we cannot have your dog's patio open while other dogs are in the outdoor play yards. Patio suites also have a camera inside the kennel (not in the outdoor run) that pet parents can access 24/7.

• Holiday charge | $5.00/day *Applied to the day before a holiday, day of holiday and day after holiday if boarding stay is during that time.
• Feed separate holiday charge | $15/day | If your dogs are boarded in the same kennel and cannot be fed together due to food aggression, eating each other's food, etc. The reason for this fee over the holiday’s is because we have to save an additional kennel for your dog(s) to be fed separately. We do highly suggest paying to board your dogs in separate kennels if they cannot be fed together safely.
• Late pick-up/Late check-in | Boarding cost charged after 1:00 p.m. on the day of checkout date
• Medication administration | $5.00 *Extra care/special needs feed charged in addition per day for any animal that is difficult to medicate and/or if more than 3 medications need to be administered per day during your pets stay.
